Located next to the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, the new Arizona facility will include 250,000 sq. ft. of production capacity along with 25,000 sq. ft. of office space and is expected to be completed by 2024. The financing has been provided by its new development partner, The Boyer Company. XNRGY has also secured additional options from The Boyer Company to finance an additional 750,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space at the Mesa, Arizona site
